Sweater: 5gg to 14gg men’s, women & children’s regular and jacquard design items.
Home Textile: Bedding & bedding covers, Pillow & pillow case, Towels, Kitchen aprons.
Just have settled an order with buyer we start work with a plan. After receive spec and sketch our technical personals make pattern and FIT/ Proto sample for customer, if there any comments then rectify accordingly until buyer approve.
After receive PO sheet and then LC from buyer we go for procurement of fabric and accessories. Our textile experts work with textile mills from yarn sizing, weaving, dyeing & printing and finishing; we maintain quality standard from fabric making. We also maintain accessories quality standard same way.
After fabric and accessories in house we go for pre-production sample with all actual materials and send to customer for their approval. If there any comment we follow that. Same time we cross check material inspection report with factories and textile mills.
Before going bulk production we make a size set to check measurements and grading. We do inter sectoral meeting with technician, QC person, sewing section and merchandiser for a well combination in production and quality. Out QC persons work in sewing section and supervise quality, if problem arise we prevent instantly that mean we aware about quality from the beginning.
After production completion we do a pre-shipment inspection and evaluating than we do final inspection and report to buyer with shipment sample. If the buyer has 3rd party inspection they can do it. Depending on buyer approval we go for shipment arrangement. In this regard our commercial persons work with bank, export bureau, customs, forwarder and shipping line.

To make successful merchandise we need a well co-ordination among these sectors, and we do it.
