Karpas Bangla International, Fiber to Fashion
In garment factories, the main raw material fabrics do not use their full portion, where 4% to 8% of fabrics are extra in cut pieces that become waste. These cut pieces once had to be dumped, now these cut pieces are using in re-cycle mills and produce yarn again and uses for different purposes, even in textiles to make fabric and garments. This excess fabric cut pieces are called ‘clips’.
Same thing in textile mills, full quantity yarns are not use, there a few portions also become waste. These waste portions are using in re-cycling mill to make yarn again.
In Bangladesh there are many textile mills and garment factories where a huge quantity of yarn & fabric wastes which are the main source of waste item- clips that can be used for re-cycling textile mills at home and abroad.
We source these clips in form of small cut pieces from garment factories and textiles then sorting those in our warehouse in item-wise, composition-wise and colour-wise, then we clean and dry separately. We make a bundle for 500kgs with a compressor machine and tie & wrapping as per customer advice.
